Aerial information: 

  • Hang point height: 16'

  • Aerial equipment: we have silks available for use, for all other apparatus: bring your own 

  • 8" mat over 2" flex mat floor

  • All performers are required to sign a waiver for the venue. This is a second waiver, separate from the one you sign for the Aerialympics. All waivers for performers who are not yet 18 must be signed by the performers legal parent or guardian.

Fees

Cost: Per posted Pricing payable to Aerialympics (invoiced from Aerialympics directly to coaches)

Entry Fee for Audience: $15 adults/$10 students/youth

Coaches and competitors do not pay entry fee. 

Important Dates and Deadlines

  • Registration Deadline - January 31

  • Music Deadline - February 10

  • Aerialympics Waiver Deadline - February 22

LIVE Performances:

  • Saturday, February 22, 2025

  • Session 1: 12:00 Silks, 15 spots available

  • Session 2: 3:00 Silks or other apparatus*, 15 spots available

    *students competing in 2 apparatus categories will be placed in both sessions to allow rest time

    We will run these sessions just like Aerialympics with a call time, a 2-min rigging check/practice time and then competition. 

  • Specialty Awards: 7:00

    Actual scores, placement and medals will come from Aerialympics at a later date, we plan to offer a few "fun" awards like "best costume" etc. We hope to make our awards a time to bring the kids together and give them positive interaction between studios. :)

Video: 

Video will be taken from 2 devices and submitted to Aerialympics by The Hive. Coaches are welcome to take their own videos as well. 

We will post a schedule after our 1/31 registration deadline.
